part that Michael helped refine.

Chief Architect
Most Architects have no experience creating home structures to function after a grid down scenario. Having an architect that understands how to formalize Jonathan Hollerman’s survival retreat designs into action is critical. I have been using Jim Escobar as my primary architect for over a decade.
Jim is a licensed architect with 30+ years experience in a wide array of markets. In 2008, he founded and grew a successful architecture firm that served projects across the country before selling the company in 2021. Today, James focuses on select specialty projects, combining his passion for architecture, survival-minded design, and collaborative design-build leadership.
